All students at WHS are required to bring the following items to school each day:

• WHS student ID (school-provided)
• Charged Chromebook (school-provided)
• Phone pouch (school-provided)
• Pens and/or pencils
• Notebooks and/or paper
• Corded headphones

Wenatchee High School is now offering digital student IDs throught the SmartPass app! You can download the app to have access to your student ID anytime through your phone.

Your Digital ID can be used for any school event (for example, sports games or homecoming!), so you no longer have to carry the physical card. Please note that school buses are not currently accepting Digital ID. The physical card must be presented if you ride the school bus. 

Download the app from the Apple or Google Play store and sign in with your Wenatchee School District email address. The student ID should be automatically loaded.

The Wenatchee High School Student Handbook contains the policies and procedures that govern the operation of Wenatchee High School. The student handbook guides student success. The policies and procedures are approved by the Wenatchee School District Board of Directors and meet all legal requirements for Washington State Public High Schools. Each student is responsible for knowing the contents of the handbook and for abiding by the rules and regulations outlined therein.

Pay WHS Fines & Fees with InTouch

How do I login?
To make online payments visit our InTouch website. InTouch is our web portal used to view fees/fines or make online payments. After logging in, click on your student's name to make payments.

As a parent you can:

• View student receipts
• View/print receipt history
• View open fines & fees
• View/print fine & fee report
• View/purchase products available to student

Parent Tips & Tricks

• You can start over at any time by clicking on YOUR STUDENTS.
• When you are ready to checkout, click on Your Shopping Cart at the top of the page.
• Clicking either Home or Logout will log you out of the system.

How to make a payment:
Parents can select to pay open fees/fine as well as purchase products available to their students.

1. Click "View Open Fines" to see if your student has a fine that needs to be paid.
2. Select fine and click "Add" to add the item in your shopping cart.
3. "Continue Shopping" allows you to select additional items.
4. If you'd like to purchase items – click "Products Available to your student" Items available to purchase will be listed. Highlight and select "Add" to place the item in the cart.
5. When finished shopping, click "Checkout". You will then be redirected to a VeriSign billing page.
6. Enter your billing information as requested in the screen and click "Submit Credit Card Transaction"
7. Click the link on the following screen "View credit card receipt (including convenience fees). This will provide youwith a receipt that you can save and/or print.
8. These transactions are immediately available to both the parent as well as the school.

ASB Funds
Associated Student Body (ASB) funds are public monies raised on behalf of students, and are used for optional, extra curricular events of a cultural, athletic, recreational or social nature. These funds are not available for curricular, or graded student activities.

Each financial report reflects a single fiscal year and contains the detailed ASB account balances by school.  Beginning balances are as of September 1 of each year, and ending balances are as of August 31. The reports are unaudited, and for the current fiscal year, may not reflect final ending balances for the year.
