Important Information
Your WaWa27 includes 304 full color pages spanning Panther Life, Events, Sports, Portraits and more, Special fold-out Panthers’ Year in Review Timeline, 16-page World Year in Review, and a 12-page Spring Supplement covering Mr. Panther, Proms, Graduation, and other post April events.##
Panther Premium Package is $75 and available until Jan 30, 2027. Panther Package includes: Yearbook with all its parts, Engraved Nameplate, Clear Plastic Dust Cover, 4-page color Signature Insert, and special purple WaWa tote bag.
Pricing Information & Purchasing Options

- Yearbook prices increase to $56 on Oct 1, 2026 and to $65 on Feb 1, 2027.
- Engraved Name Plates are an additional $6 and can ONLY be purchased online.
- Purchasing ONLINE provides panthers the best prices and add-on options.
- Purchasing at the ASB window, limits panthers to only purchasing a Yearbook at $50 until Sept 30th and at $65 until sold out.
If you have more than one student enrolled at WHS and are ordering more than one yearbook (ex: a yearbook for each child) please make sure to order under each child’s name. Do not buy multiple books under the same student's name. It causes issues with the sales system and appears as a duplicate order. You can purchase a book for more than one name in the system at the same time.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE: Dec 1, 2026 (portal opens August 1, 2026 for upload.
WHAT to SUBMIT: Total of 2 Pictures (this is special for the class of 2027)
- ONE current picture of the senior
- ONE picture of the senior from Kindergarten or First Grade (age approximately 5 to 6 years old).
- We are planning on a “Where it started and where it ended” spread for the Class of 2027. The 2nd photo can be a candid picture but we do NOT want a baby infant photo nor an older school photo.
UPLOAD CONFIRMATION: The Varsity Publishing program does NOT send a confirmation email for photos upload. The confirmation is shown on the screen at the time of upload. If you are concerned or unsure if the senior picture was received, email the WaWa 27 Crew and we will reply with confirmation. A DIGITAL PDF PROOF will be sent the weekend of Dec 12th. This will be the one and only opportunity to view the spreads and request edits before the pages go to the printer on Dec 17th.
WARNING: We can only include photos that we receive. If a senior does not have a School ID photo taken by Parsons Photography NOR uploads a senior picture, we do not have a photo to publish in the senior portraits section. Additionally, if the senior’s school photo is a “fun crazy picture” (ex: wigs, crowns, face paint, duck lips, etc) and the senior does NOT upload an alternative photo, we will publish the “fun crazy picture” school photo provided by Parsons.
The WaWa Crew is not responsible for name errors, typos, or misspelled names. If you are adding a second last name or different order of your name from that in Skyward, please email the WaWa27 Crew to inform us of the different name being used. Please double-check the spelling of the names AND use the SAME names for BOTH photos. The system automatically transfers the file, and we do NOT manually type the names.
SUBMISSION WINDOW: Portal OPENS Sept 1, 2026 and closes March 1, 2027 or once sold out. All 22 pages of WaWa26 Senior Ads sold out by Jan 15, 2026.
AVAILABILITY: WaWa27 has increased Sr. Baby Ads to 24 pages. We are hoping the additional pages will provide more spaces for more families.
HOW to PURCHASE: Access the order site HERE. Select your seniors name and choose “purchase ad”. Then follow the prompts of the system until payment and confirmation is complete. The E-Design system will provide the purchaser with different layouts for the size ad selected. The purchaser uploads the pictures and types the message directly into the system. There should be multiple color and font options available within the system. However spacing can be challenging to fit long messages in tight spaces. Alternatively, some purchasers have used Canva to create their ad and simply upload it as one (1) image. If you wish to use this route, please contact the WaWa by email to confirm measurement of the ad size selected.
WARNING: You must complete the whole process in ONE session from size selection, designing, payment, and submission. The purchaser is responsible for the entire process. Watch for spelling errors and typos. Edits can NOT be made once submitted. The WaWa Crew does NOT create or design the ads. We only place them in their space on the page as a finished piece of “art”.

Disclaimer
While the WaWa Crew strives to meet this pledge when students are not on campus for school, do not participate in student events, clubs, sports, dances, spirit week, etc. it is hard to snap pictures of students who aren’t engaged with Panther life or responding to student life surveys. This includes Running Start students.
SPRING SUPPLEMENT: The spring supplement is produced and printed after school is released for the summer. Seniors will receive theirs by mail or pick-up at the front office. For grades 9, 10, and 11, the sprint supplement will be available for pick-up at orientation day and the first two-weeks of the new school year.
